There was a mixup with the delivery of my order but customer service was impressive going above and beyond to get product I ordered to me. When I received the frame, made of or made to look like aged wood from a barn, i was expecting a rather light weight and flimsy frame. Just the opposite, sturdy, solid and surprisingly heavy. This is due to the underlying support structure which isn’t visible unless you look at the back of the frame.This is now my “go to” place for special frames!
