I love the appearance of the frame, but you get what you pay for. The glass is thin and shatters easily. We replaced the glass in all of the frames we purchased since 2 out of 4 shattered. Also, the back panel is poor quality as well. The small triangle metal piece that you use to hang the photo pulled right out when I picked it up.I gave them 3 stars b/c they are attractive and inexpensive, and I will buy more. However, I will also buy replacement glass at the same time. And, we hang our photos with Velcro picture hanging strips... so problem solved there. But, if you are looking for a quality frame, keep looking.You get what you pay for I suppose. I bought this frame and it looks nice but I was really bummed when I put my photo in (which was a photo collage in the shape of a word with a white background) and the two metal pieces holding the stand onto the back pushed through my photo and made black spots on it. It's whatever I guess, I don't have time to return it, Christmas is too close.just as expected. looks good as in pictures.This frame is perfect, I had such a hard time finding an 11x14 frame for a print that was not black or white. This is just what I was looking for and has the more rustic finish that I wanted.A good wall frame, perfect for the picture I have.Pros: look great and very durable.Cons: the metal tabs in the back that hold the picture back are stiff and hard to move around.Ordered this to put a personalized photo in as a wedding gift and it turned out beautifully! Great product, awesome price, fast shipping!Just as expected, cute basic frame. In the picture the frame is the one with the feather print, also purchased on amazon. If you want an authentic reclaimed look, these are not that - but they're not as cheap and plastic looking as other faux rustic frames. These are wood, it's just that they've been styled and painted to look reclaimed but are not, in fact, so.That suits me because although I like reclaimed wood, I also like a little bit of uniformity at times too - so the fact that these all match (I bought a couple) is ideal for someone like me.If you're looking at it from the front it looks very nice, kind of a distressed wood appearance, nice edges. Hanging up is not so nice - the recess at the back is shallow, the loops are tiny so sticks out from the wall a bit otherwise I'd give it 5 stars. It's not very high quality in terms of function but for the price it's fair.I quite liked the frame and it was packaged well from an initial glance. But when I actually examined the glass, there were a series of mini cracks that made the frame worthless. Unfortunately I won’t be able to use it as part of a Christmas gift I was giving.It seems based off the other reviews as well as mine that it is really hit or miss for this. It’s an inexpensive product which makes it attractive, but there is a huge chance that the glass will arrive cracked. You don’t want to learn the hard way that this might just be a product you purchase from a nearby store.I have an 11 by 14 inch print.....so ordered a picture frame for it. This one was listed as 14 by 11 but is actually only 12 by 9. You can see the matt of the print sticking out around the frame. I would recommend looking for a different brand of photo frame for this size.
