A normal photo frame comes with 2 hanging brackets already attached, one on the long side and one on the short side. THIS frame comes with ONE metal bracket that you have to HAMMER IN YOURSELF. The nails are VERY tiny (I had to hold them with PLIERS, because they're too small to hold with your fingers!) and the wood is EXTREMELY hard, and while I was hammering those teeny nails as hard as I could to get them to go in, I was worried the wood would split. The nails were too small for me to even pre-drill a hole, I just had to hammer and hope.This is RIDICULOUS. Just charge me an extra dollar and have the two brackets pre-installed, like a normal frame!I was very pleased with this frame. Mounting hardware is included, though I did not use it, opting for a string across the back instead.The frame itself does not indicate the glass as being UV resistant, so I can only trust the product description on that.I was pleased to find a nice frame at what I considered a reasonable price, and made in the USA.I purchased an 18x24" Espresso Solid Wood Frame and I am very pleased with my decision. The frame came in less than a week and was packaged very well (lots of bubble wrap and tape). The frame itself is a nice solid wood frame with only the very slightest of tiny imperfections. For the size and quality, this frame is a steal. It even comes with glass that protects against UV rays (45% UV ray protection according to customer service that was very courteous and quick to respond to my questions about the frame).I will definitely be returning to Timeless Frames for future framing needs.Flimsy product. No hardware what so ever to hang it with. No solid back to keep picture in place. Corners were damaged while being processed.Dissapointed.The frame color is nice for my piece of art work but the joints don't line up as well as I would have hoped for the price. I had to touch up the corners with stain.Frame DID have hanging hardware included.The frame is very nice and made well. It really complimented my picture. And, the price is very reasonable.this was exactly what we were looking for. Quality was good.
